Play to Grow OT was founded by Lauren Wagner, a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a passion for home-based and nature-based pediatric care. After earning her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, Lauren relocated to North Carolina to serve children from diverse backgrounds with compassion, creativity, and clinical excellence.
Today, Play to Grow OT continues to grow—welcoming exceptional therapists across the Triangle region who share our commitment to meeting children and families where they are. Whether in homes, schools, or outdoor spaces, our team provides personalized, play-driven therapy in the environments that matter most.
